This year we had the great pleasure to document a rustic Hindu wedding of Leena and Alpesh held at an elegant wedding venue The Great Barn at Headstone Manor. “When we were planning our wedding, we were looking specifically for a barn – somewhere with history, character and charm. We had a clear vision of how we wanted our special day to be, so planning was pretty straightforward for us. We wanted a relaxed feeling to our wedding with a touch of elegance.”, shared the Bride.

As the Great Barn Indian wedding videographer I really loved filming Leena and Alpesh’s beautiful Headstone Manor wedding. It was a wonderful day full of colour, great weather, positive energy and joy. “We specifically wanted to get married in a barn – under high eaves and exposed beams. Our vision was very much “rustic chic” and we dressed the venue just enough to complement its attraction and certainly not too fussy so as to distract away from its beauty.”, shared Leena. “Our favourite moment was our Hindu ceremony – the uniting of two souls spiritually, mentally and physically. Taking our seven steps (Saptapadi) to symbolise the beginning of our journey together for life was very special.”, added Alpesh.

It was a great pleasure to be the Great Barn wedding videographer. Nestled in the picturesque grounds of a scheduled monument heritage site, The Great Barn at Headstone Manor is without a doubt one of the most beautiful barn wedding venues in London. With a stunning vaulted ceiling, exposed wooden oak beams and limestone flooring, The Great Barn at Headstone Manor provided a perfect backdrop for Leena and Alpesh rustic Hindu wedding.”We came across The Great Barn at Headstone Manor when searching for a barn venue. The location was ideal making it very convenient for many of our family and friends. It is a stunning venue that ticked all our boxes – history, character and charm. We also wanted an intimate wedding with our Hindu ceremony and evening reception at the same venue. It was perfect for both events and was very fitting for our vision. Keeping with our love for barns, we had our civil ceremony at The Great Barn at Manor Farm Site the week before our Hindu ceremony. It was the perfect setting to exchange our vows in front of our families”, explained The Bride and Groom. “We were incredibly blessed with beautiful weather on both occasions. We hosted our reception welcome drinks outdoors and all our guests were able to enjoy the stunning grounds”, added Leena.
